The 17th of May was celebrated; hotdogs, ice cream, hot chocolate (too chilly for ice cream before the children's parade), school activities and family lunch with chicken salad, guacamole dip, Gamlaværket bread and vinho verde - followed by brownies and blueberry tarte with ice cream... Someone was very happy with the potatoe chips for main course, and vanilla ice for dessert!

I am making the last preps now; I leave this afternoon for my research stay in Copenhagen. I will most probably be blogging from there next.
